Refund eligibility is determined by the timing of your cancellation request relative to the course start date. Our tiered refund structure ensures fairness while allowing us to manage course planning and instructor commitments.

Requesting a refund is straightforward. Follow these steps to ensure your request is processed efficiently:

We understand that life happens. If you can't attend your registered course, we offer flexible transfer options:

Transfer to Another Person: You may transfer your course registration to another individual at any time before the course starts. The new participant must meet any prerequisites for the course and provide their contact information. There are no fees for this type of transfer.

Transfer to Future Course: If you cancel within 7 days of the course start date, you may apply your full payment toward any future course of equal or greater value within 6 months. If the new course costs less, the difference will not be refunded. If it costs more, you'll pay the difference at the time of registration.

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or reschedule a course due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

If we cancel your course, you will receive:

• Immediate notification via email and phone (if provided)
• A full refund of all course fees, processed within 5 business days
• Priority enrollment in the next available session of the same course
• A 15% discount code for any future course as an apology for the inconvenience

If we reschedule your course to a different date, you may choose to:

1. Accept the new date at no additional cost
2. Receive a full refund
3. Transfer your registration to a different course of equal value

We recognize that extraordinary situations may arise that fall outside our standard refund policy. In cases of serious illness, family emergency, or other exceptional circumstances, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Certain items and services are non-refundable under any circumstances:

• Digital Course Materials: Once you've accessed downloadable course materials, worksheets, or video content, these materials cannot be returned.
• Completed Services: Individual tutoring sessions, portfolio reviews, or consultations that have already been completed are non-refundable.
• Physical Materials: Course kits, printed materials, or equipment that have been shipped and delivered cannot be returned unless defective.
• Third-Party Fees: Processing fees charged by payment processors or transaction fees are non-refundable.

Once your refund request is approved, we process refunds according to the following timeline:

• Credit Card Refunds: 5-7 business days to your original card. Note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
• Debit Card Refunds: 5-10 business days to your original account.
• Electronic Transfer Refunds: 3-5 business days to your original account.
• PayPal Refunds: 3-5 business days to your PayPal account.
